Description: 

At Graham Muir Sales Inc., we are excited to be recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join the team.   This position will support the Sales Team in the managing of existing and new business.  Reporting to the Customer Service Manager in a role where every day can be different, this position focuses on supporting the ongoing growth of our company.

Components of this role include processing and following up on customer orders, preparing quotes, analyzing inventory levels, and providing back-up to other members of the CSR team.

Responsibilities : 

Graham Muir Sales Inc. is seeking a Sales Account Coordinator to support the sales team in managing existing and new business:

-        Manage a portfolio of accounts with the focus on helping to grow the business and building long term relationships

-        Components of this role include processing and following up on customer orders, preparing quotes, analyzing inventory levels, and providing back-up to other members of the team

-        Work effectively with production and support staff

-        Demonstrate superior customer service

-        Support the company’s strategic plan and market penetration objectives

Qualifications: 

Basic Qualifications:

-        University or College Degree or equivalent from an accredited institution

-        Candidates must be self-starters and able to effectively manage their time while being responsive to existing customers

-        Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

-        Willingness to learn and grow both personally and professionally

Remuneration

-        Salary of $40,000/year

-        Bonuses – Quarterly and Yearly, based on Individual and Company performance

-        Complete Health Insurance including Medical, Dental and Long Term Disability Coverage.

-        Two weeks vacation +  personal days
